We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 7–10 business days.
Orders go out twice a week. Fewer, fuller shipments cut our carbon emissions.
During launches and high-volume drops, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.
Pre-orders dispatch within 30 business days from the date of purchase, unless the product page says otherwise.
DUTIES & TAXES :
All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia.
Our prices and shipping costs don’t include import duties, taxes or customs fees.
Any duties, taxes or fees charged by your country are paid by you, the customer.
Your courier may ask you to pay them before or on delivery.
We can’t cover or refund duties, taxes or customs fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
We only offer refunds on faulty items.
We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit on unworn pieces returned within 10 days of delivery.
Sale and custom pieces are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
For any return, exchange or faulty item, email us here and we’ll work it out with you.
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns or incorrect sizing.
If we approve an exchange, CEVN 7 covers shipping on the replacement item.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
